Shady Photography – Online Store Terms & Conditions

1. Production, Shipping & Delivery

  • All fine art prints are produced on demand and fulfilled by Printful.

  • We ship to U.S. only. Delivery times vary by location but are around 7 buisness days.

  • Once Printful transfers a package to the carrier, Shady Photography cannot guarantee transit times or assume responsibility for delays, loss, or misdelivery.

2. Final Sale Policy

  • Every order is final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

3. Damaged or Defective Prints

  • If your print arrives damaged or with a defect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send us dated photographs of the print and its original packaging.

  • After verification, we will replace the item once at no extra cost. This replacement is the sole remedy; no credits, refunds, or further compensation will be issued.

4. Payment & Security

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods via Squarespace.

  • All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

  • Once a payment is authorized, Shady Photography is not liable for processing errors on the payment provider’s side, Squarespace.

5. Intellectual Property & Personal Use License

  • All images are © Shady Photography.

  • Purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal display only.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. You agree to indemnify Shady Photography against any claims resulting from such unauthorized use.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be edited or canceled after submission to Printful for production.

7. Product Representation

  • We endeavor to display color and detail accurately. Slight variations are inherent to monitor differences and Printful’s printing processes and do not constitute defects. Images on store are limited in quality due to Squarespaces limitation on the image quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shady Photography’s total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the price paid for the affected item.

  • Under no circumstances will Shady Photography be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

9. Privacy & Data Use

  • We collect only the personal information necessary to fulfill your order. Your data is never sold or shared beyond what Printful requires for order processing. Done by Squarespace.

10. Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms apply immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
